Description

The ZHTBS03 is a multi-function labeling system that can handle front/back and top labeling on the round bottles. The system is also equipped with a wrap-around station for wrap-around labeling on round bottles with orientation, and a top labeling engine for labeling on the cap of the bottles. Using our proven bottle separation wheels, alignment chain, and hold-down belt mechanism, the front/side labeling of the system offers consistently high labeling precision.

The wrap-around labeling mechanism uses a pneumatic arm to hold the bottle body for stationary rotation during labeling, allowing extra parallel precision for the label. The ZHTBS03 is a versatile, easy to use and robust workhorse for your packaging line.
