1、This machine adopts programmable controller (PLC) control, touch screen operation, has the advantages of convenient adjustment, wide application range, etc..
2、This machine adopts mechatronics technology advanced, replacing any filling specification only need to modify the parameters in touch screen, can also fill in each filling head are integrally adjusted greatly, can filling amount on each head of a single micro adjustment.
3、Application of touch screen technology, make operation more reliable, convenient, friendly man-machine interface. The photoelectric sensor, proximity switches are used in advanced sensing element, make sure no bottle filling, plugging the bottle will automatically stop and alarm.
4、Filling way is submerged, using different material sealed piston ring, to meet the different characteristics of filling materials.
5、The machine made according to GMP standard requirements, the pipeline is connected with fast assembly, disassembly and cleaning convenience, and material contact parts and exposed parts are made of high-quality stainless steel materials.
